What if my contractor doesn't offer Valmar Funding?
We still take applications direct from any customer, just click apply for financing and fill out the application and your loan request will be submitted to underwriting.

Can I use this like a revolving credit card?
No, this is a one time installment loan. If you would like an additional loan please re-apply online and our underwriting department will look at that request separately.

Is this reported on my credit report?
Yes, you will find it reported under Valmar Funding.

Can I mail in a payment instead of auto debit?
No, we schedule auto debit payments as a requirement for all new loans

If I want to make additional payments can I do so?
Yes, please submit a request for additional payment and someone will contact you to take that payment.

Is there a penalty for paying off my account early?
No, there is no prepayment penalty at all.

What if I am not a homeowner can I still apply?
Yes, we will underwrite all applications received however our target market is homeowners.

Can I receive the money and then pay the contractor myself?
No, we fund the contractor directly.
